BAYADA Home Health Care is launching a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates with an active RN license in the United States. This paid residency focuses on developing clinical skills for home health care, with an emphasis on compassionate care across ages and diagnoses.

The program offers paid training, shadowing, one-on-one nursing care experiences, and opportunities to work with award-winning simulation labs.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in home settings.
• Participate in a 6-week Nurse Residency training program.
• Use electronic charting systems (Statewise) to document care.
• Engage in ongoing clinical and professional development during residency.

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)!

Pay: $27-$29/hr (day shifts); $28-30/hr (evening/overnight shifts)
