BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a Nurse Residency Program for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold U.S. licensure. This paid residency provides one-on-one patient care experience and structured training in home health.

Participants will complete a 6-week training program, then join BAYADA’s clinical teams with ongoing support, shadowing, and access to simulation labs, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality one-on-one patient care in home health settings.
• Participate in a structured nurse residency program with supervised training.

The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States.

BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)!

Pay: $27-$29/hr (day shifts); $28-30/hr (evening/overnight shifts)
