Job summary

Global Medical Response in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Nurse Navigator – RN to join our on-site health team. You will coordinate care and guide patients using telemonitoring tools, with no direct bedside care.

This role involves night shifts, 12-hour rotating schedules, and starting pay between $38.00 and $42.50 per hour. An RN license and CPR are required; 3+ years in Emergency/Acute care is preferred; a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• 3+ years RN experience in Emergency/Acute care.
• Experience with clinical data collection and patient advocacy.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Connect mobile healthcare resources and coordinate care.
• Conduct telephonic patient assessments using evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and empower patients about care options.
• Utilize telemonitoring tools to track progress.
• Collaborate with team care planning and mentor colleagues.
• Represent GMR in the community and promote programs.
• Facilitate integrated healthcare training for staff.
• Maintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service.
