Job summary

Global Medical Response in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Nurse Navigator – RN to coordinate care and guide patients through their health journeys without direct bedside care. This on-site role leverages technology to reach underserved populations and improve outcomes.

You will perform telephonic assessments, connect mobile resources, educate patients, and collaborate with care teams to plan and document care. A valid RN license and 3+ years in Emergency/Acute care are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN Compact State License.
• Minimum of 3+ years of RN experience in Emergency, Acute Care, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with clinical data collection, ethical principles, and patient advocacy.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in a compact state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or related fields is a plus, especially if focused on community health or disease education preferred.
