Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Indiana RN license.
• Minimum three years’ clinical experience in geriatric or gerontology.
• At least one year experience as a Departmental Manager in long-term care.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate resident care between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor new admissions and implement care plan interventions.
• Manage evening/weekend discharges with appropriate interventions.
• Provide education and training to direct care givers on changes in condition.
• Assist DNS with daily clinical operations and call rotation.
