Clarest Health OHIO, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse-level Nurse Manager for field-based work in the Colorado region. This role links our closed-door pharmacy with long-term care facilities, ensuring superior service through site visits, staff training, and smooth technology implementation.

You will travel up to 70% of the time, lead client-facing initiatives, and collaborate with facility and corporate leaders to sustain high satisfaction and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally with facility staff and internal teams.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams and develop training materials for community/facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, calls and training sessions (virtual or on-site) for staff education and updates.
• Oversee onboarding of new facilities, including setup, training and operational support.
• Support adoption of pharmacy technology tools and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document visits and follow-up actions in company systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.

We're seeking a Registered Nurse-level Nurse Manager who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and builds strong relationships. In this role, you'll be the main link between our closed-door pharmacy and the long-term care communities we serve. You'll ensure exceptional service through regular site visits, staff training, and smooth implementation of pharmacy technology, keeping communication clear between our pharmacy and client teams. Location: Field-Based - Colorado Region

Compensation: Starting Range: $100,000 - $105,000 (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Working Hours

Travel Requirement: 70% + (Travel Reimbursement Provided)

Transportation: This role requires a valid driver's license and valid car insurance

Reports To: Account Management Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, address client needs, and build strong relationships.
• Partner with facility and corporate leaders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and effective communication.
• Lead meetings, calls, and training sessions (virtual or on-site) to support staff education and share pharmacy updates.
• Oversee new facility onboarding and transitions, including setup, training, and operational support.
• Support adoption of pharmacy technology tools and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document visits, client interactions, and follow-up actions in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain compliance with Clarest's Code of Conduct and all regulatory and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active RN license in good standing
• Strong working knowledge of Long-Term Care operations and workflows required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management (preferred)
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and active car insurance
