GoldenScript is a remote-first healthcare technology company transforming medication management by coordinating prescribers, pharmacies, and payers to optimize patients’ regimens.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to manage a queue of clinical cases, review details, engage prescribers and patients, document encounters, and drive each case to resolution with clinical judgment and persistence.
Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $40/hr
Every year, millions of patients are hospitalized because of medication problems, and billions of dollars in taxpayer money are wasted on drugs that deliver little therapeutic value. The reason is structural: no single entity in healthcare looks across a patient's entire medication list to make sure they're on the right drug, at the right dose, at the right time, for the right price. That's the gap GoldenScript fills. We're building a AI-native pharmacy services platform that traverses the complex maze of clinical, insurance, and financial data behind every prescription, combining it into a comprehensive view of each patient's optimal medication list. From there, we execute the last mile: coordinating prescribers, pharmacies, and payers to actually move each patient onto the right regimen.
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you'll serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacies, keeping information moving and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will own a queue of active clinical cases — reviewing them, engaging prescriber offices, engaging patients, documenting encounters, and driving each one to resolution. It's not passive care coordination. You'll need sharp clinical judgment to separate real issues from noise, and the persistence to follow up again and again until a case actually closes — not just gets logged.
GoldenScript is an equal opportunity employer. We're building a company that reflects the diversity of the population we serve. We're committed to a hiring process that is fair, inclusive, and free from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
