Job summary

Lash Health & Rehab Center in Salisbury, NC seeks a compassionate RN for a dedicated nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee nursing care, develop individualized plans, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification required; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must communicate in English and have good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to observe safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work with supervisors, colleagues and facility staff.
• Must be able to work hours as scheduled per the position.
• Must not pose a direct threat to health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
