Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
- Current CPR certification required; ability to communicate in English and follow instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work with supervisors, coworkers, and community staff to deliver care.
- Commitment to safety and sanitary practices in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
- Provide leadership and support in a team-based nursing environment.
