Job summary

HiredFirst in California is seeking a Lead RN in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit to rotate through Postpartum, providing couplet care for mother and newborn. Location: California, 95240
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905/week
Schedule: Night Shift (3rd) | 8-hour shifts | 36–48 hrs/week

Position Overview

Lead RN role within Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit

Rotates through Postpartum providing couplet care (mother & newborn)

Delivers coordinated, patient-centered care using the nursing process

Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Utilizes critical thinking, independent judgment, and leadership skills

Requirements
