Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse in the Non-Acute setting to deliver direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will expand knowledge and skills while coordinating patient care for complex cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Roles include delegation, validation and coordination with physicians and support services, with emphasis on teamwork, ongoing education, and adherence to licensing requirements such as NJ RN license and BLS/HCP within 60 days.

Competenze

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving lives, teamwork and ongoing education.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
