Job summary

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Full-Time NOC shift. Pay is $47-$50/hr (DOE). The RN will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and ensure care plans and regulations are followed.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license in good standing and have SNF/long-term care experience. We offer growth and training opportunities and a supportive team culture.
