Job summary

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the overnight NOC shift on a full-time basis. You will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support the clinical team.

You will supervise CNAs, ensure care plans and regulations are followed, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Join a team with compassionate, resident-centered care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license in good standing.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift

Sequoia Transitional Care - Porterville, CA
Pay: $47-$50/hr (DOE)

Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight care to our residents and support our clinical team.

Shift:

Full-Time | NOC Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
