Sunterra Springs - Independence is seeking registered nurses to provide compassionate care in our Independence, MO facility. The role covers the night shift (6P-6A) with potential weekends rotation, delivering patient-centered nursing care to a group of residents and coordinating with CNAs and the care team.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills including email.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and administer medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
