Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO is hiring for RNs and LPNs on nights (7a-7p). Includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, shift differentials, and a supportive team.

Formación

• MO RN or LPN license required
• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Long-term care or rehab nursing experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered with excellence and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
