Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Night Shift RN on the Medical-Surgical Floor in Mount Vernon, OH to deliver high-quality patient care on the 7:00pm–7:30am schedule.

This permanent, on-site role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment, a competitive salary of $65,000–$95,000 plus comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; current Ohio nursing license required.
• AHA CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess/reassess patient condition based on observation, interview, and data from multiple sources.
• Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients.
• Care for patients from adolescent to geriatric on medical/surgical/palliative care.
• Deliver safe rehabilitation nursing interventions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
