Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Medical-Surgical Floor in Ohio, delivering high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting on a full-time basis. Schedule runs 7:00pm–7:30am with an average 36 hours per week.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate care. This role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment and a salary range of $65,000–$95,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required

Responsibilities

• Assesses/reassesses patient's condition based upon observation of patient and interview of patient and/or family, physician's diagnosis and data, diagnostic results, and relevant data from other healthcare providers
• Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patients
• Care for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative care
• Delivers safe rehabilitation nursing interventions
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departments
• Maintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information
