Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is actively seeking a dynamic RN Night Supervisor for weekend nights (Friday–Sunday, 7p–7a). The supervisor plans, provides and evaluates direct and indirect patient care on the assigned shift and coordinates with leadership to ensure care quality and program adherence.

The role requires Mississippi RN licensure, strong supervisory experience (1–3 years minimum), and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining documentation and patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in Mississippi; demonstrates strong mental resilience, ability to manage multiple priorities, critical thinking, attention to detail, and initiative for change, with 1–3 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing with at least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting, current licensure as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi, and 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, provides, and evaluates direct and indirect patient care on assigned shift.
• Supports policy planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff and educational efforts.
• Ensures documentation is complete and patient treatment plans are followed.
