Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time RN on the night shift (7P–7A) in Flowood, MS. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, 36 hours per week, full benefits, and potential overtime with flexible coverage of shifts. Orientation is required in Weeks 1 and 2.

Brentwood provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for all ages. The facility emphasizes patient‑centered care, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth within a large UHS network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Mississippi RN licensure.
• Preferred BSN with 1–3 years of mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on patient care in the assigned unit.
• Deliver patient teaching, discharge planning and care planning for the specific patient population.
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing and support hospital Quality Management.

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time RN Night Shift (7P–7A). This role offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a schedule with potential overtime and coverage of various shifts if interested.

MUST attend orientation: Week 1: Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) & Week 2: Monday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of quality psychiatric treatment services for adults, children and adolescents. Job Description: Responsible for the hands-on delivery of patient care in the assigned unit. Provides, directs, and guides patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the specific patient population served. Ensures high standards of professional nursing and contributes to the hospital through educational efforts and Quality Management.

Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in mental health or related field.
