Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Mississippi RN licensure.
• Experience: 1–3 years nursing supervisory experience; strong multitasking, critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, and evaluate direct and indirect patient care on assigned shift.
• Develop and direct patient programs and schedules to satisfy all elements.
• Supervise patient teaching and ensure treatment plans and documentation are followed.
• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Managers in policy planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Contribute to philosophy, objectives, education, and Quality Management efforts.
