Job summary

VBeyond Healthcare is seeking a House Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing staff and hospital operations during the night shift in a behavioral health setting. You will manage staffing, triage admissions, assess patients, and act as a clinical resource for the team.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN with RN license, prefers BSN, and has behavioral health experience. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality patient care while

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overtime to ensure coverage.
• Approve or deny time-off requests based on staffing needs.
• Monitor attendance and assist with payroll-related functions.
• Provide direct patient care and support admissions, assessments, and intake.
• Serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate.
• Coach, mentor, and educate nursing staff to promote development.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and assist with corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and care coordination.
