Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, Mississippi is seeking a full-time RN for the night shift (7P-7A). This role provides hands-on patient care in a psychiatric setting, with a 36-hour work week, full benefits, and potential overtime to cover additional shifts.

New grads are welcome to apply, and there is a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Orientation Week 1 and Week 2 are required before starting; Brentwood is a 120-bed acute psychiatric care facility with Joint Commission accreditation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and Mississippi RN license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–3 years of mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on patient care in the assigned unit.
• Provide, direct, and guide patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning.
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing and support hospital philosophy.
• Contribute to educational efforts and Quality Management initiatives.
