Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Nurse Supervisor for the Night shift at HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center. This full‑time, non‑exempt role covers 72 hours bi‑weekly, with a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM schedule and a pay range of $38.48–$50.01 per hour plus a $6.00 night differential.

The supervisor will direct nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and support organizational goals. Florida RN licensure, BLS, and leadership ability are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Florida RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate patient care within a defined area.
• Ensure nursing standards guide safe quality patient care.
