Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an LPN to join HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time role offers day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with weekend and holiday rotations and roughly 72 hours bi-weekly.

You will administer treatments and medications under an RN's supervision and collaborate with the care team to achieve patient outcomes. Required is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, Florida LPN licensure, and at least one year of acute care experience; BLS and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing.
• At least one year of acute care experience (preferred).
• Florida LPN licensure required; BLS certification required; IV therapy competency varies by department.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document administration of treatments and medications under RN supervision.
• Assist the RN in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and support quality patient outcomes.
