Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a part-time LPN to support skilled nursing services. Night shifts with a $6.00 night differential, pay range $22.34–$29.04 per hour, 36 hours bi-weekly. You will assist in delivering patient care and documentation under RN guidance, floating as needed within HPCC.

Candidates should have an accredited nursing program graduate status, Florida LPN license, and strong communication and customer service skills for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Must be able to float within department.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents nursing acts and medications under RN supervision.
• Assists the RN with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
• Provides age-appropriate care considering patient diversity.
