Lee Health HealthPark Care and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a skilled nursing team in a 112-bed facility. You will coordinate daily patient care, mentor staff, and ensure care aligns with nursing standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.

This full-time evening shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) offers a $3.00 evening differential, relocation assistance up to $8,500, comprehensive benefits, a 403(b) plan, and opportunities to impact patient outcomes and staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Florida RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily patient care activities within your assigned area.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to nursing and patient care staff.

Department: Skilled Nursing (112 Beds), One level building on HealthPark Campus

Work Type: Full Time (80 hours bi-weekly) (Non-Exempt/Hourly + Differential, as applicable (Evenings $ 3.00 p/hour)

Shift: Evening, 3:00:00PM to 11:30:00PM (Flexible to meet patient and business needs. Some flexibility with evening shift times)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $38.48 - $50.01 / hour

Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Applicants (up to $ 8,500)

What You'll Do

As an RN Supervisor, you'll be a key leader on our Skilled Nursing team, helping create an environment where patients receive compassionate, consistent care and nursing professionals have the support and direction they need to succeed. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, develop and support your team, and help ensure an exceptional experience for patients and families.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Previous experience in Nursing Leadership preferred.

Certification: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

License: Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Other: Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of nursing care. Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of finance to support the development and management of the budget plan. Certification in Nursing Administration or appropriate specialty.
