Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative nursing functions during overnight shifts.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and provide clinical guidance.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and regulatory standards are met.
• Monitor medication administration and coordinate care with physicians.
• Maintain documentation in EHRs and facilitate shift hand-offs.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
