Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during the night shift.
• Coordinate nursing operations to maintain efficient workflows.
• Provide clinical assessments, treatments, and medication administration as needed.
• Promote compliance with nursing policies and correctional healthcare guidelines.
