Job summary

Okeechobee SNF Operations, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends in Okeechobee, Florida. You will provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience (supervisory preferred), active CPR, and an unencumbered Florida RN license. The facility offers a signing bonus and opportunities to lead and plan shift services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPR certification.
• Possess a current, unencumbered Florida RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure supervision complies with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations for the facility.
• Confirm nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures of the facility.
• Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift services and activities.
• Make nightly rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure assignments are performed.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as required.

Job description

This is located in the town of Okeechobee in Okeechobee County

Signing bonus of $10,00.00 to be paid out $2,500.00 incrementally every 90 days.

RN Supervisor- Full Time-Nights (7pm-7am) Rotating Weekends

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shift’s services, programs and activities.
• Make nightly rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their assignments.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as required.

Job Requirements:

• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Florida.
