Good Samaritan Albion is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit, Christian environment.

The role involves using the nursing process, collaborating with an inter-disciplinary team, and coordinating care across all phases of nursing. Night shifts with generous differential, full-time schedule, and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (or multi-state via NLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessments, and education; perform nursing interventions as needed.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to appropriate staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
