Good Samaritan Albion is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for residents in a not-for-profit, Christian environment. The role involves coordination of resident care, education, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in a 12-hour day-shift, full-time schedule.

The facility offers night and weekend shift differentials and a robust benefits package. A sign-on bonus is available for qualifying full-time staff and the organization supports professional

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience coordinating resident care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe administration of resident care and address care/service concerns.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act, standards and code of ethics.
