Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit setting with a Christian environment. The RN will coordinate care, educate residents and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

A valid RN license and strong clinical skills are required. 12-hour night shifts, full-time role with sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (state-specific)
• Competent in nursing process and patient care planning
• Strong communication with residents, families and teams

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
