Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care and educate residents and families.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and supervise staff per policy.
• Maintain compliance with state nursing practice acts and standards.
