Job summary

Lowry Hills Care is seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality clinical care in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time night position offers 12-hour shifts and a competitive pay rate of $45.00–$55.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus for new grads and experienced nurses alike.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ recovery, maintain safety, and deliver person-centered care that improves quality of life for our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree is required
• Active RN/LPN license is required
• 2+ years' RN/LPN experience in a nursing community preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed per state/government regulations.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
• Any other tasks assigned by nurse management or NHA.
