Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Current and active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
