Job summary

AdventHealth Denver is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Night shift team. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, craft and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

A strong commitment to infection control and patient safety is essential. Required RN license and BLS, ADN minimum with Bachelor's preferred; 1+ acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required (listed as required)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure quality data.
