Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is hiring an experienced RN Night Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the night shift. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance while serving as a clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team.

The role requires SC RN licensure, BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of nursing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure in SC required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift nursing activities.
• Lead LPNs, treatment nurses, and CNAs.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges; ensure orders are implemented.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate IV therapy and other skilled nursing services.
• Conduct resident rounds and monitor changes in condition.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.
