Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute is seeking a dedicated LPN Night Supervisor to oversee nursing operations on the night shift at our Greer, SC facility. You will supervise staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance while serving as a clinical resource to staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, 2+ years in nursing with supervisory experience, and PCC/EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic health records; PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the night shift nursing activities.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care delivery.
• Administer IV therapy and other skilled nursing services.
• Conduct resident rounds and monitor condition changes.
• Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.
• Communicate resident status updates to physicians and families.
