Job summary

Maple Farm is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance in a 32-hour weekly night shift role. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, and uphold infection control and resident rights.

The role demands strong leadership, clinical excellence, and teamwork in a compassionate senior care setting. Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active PA RN license and prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing, long-term care, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with established policies, procedures, and standards, including the Compliance Program/Code of Conduct.
• Follow Residents’ Rights policies at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all resident information.
• Counsel CNA staff and recommend personnel actions to the Director of Nursing Service.
• Observe and enforce infection control procedures related to nursing services.
• Ensure resident safety under your care or supervision.
• Direct, evaluate, and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report nursing care status to the Director of Nursing Service.
