Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. You will oversee nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

We offer FT night shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $35–$38 per hour, shift differentials, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts.
