Job summary

The Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Short Stay Department on a full-time night shift (7 pm – 7 am). You will contribute to a collaborative clinical team delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, coordinating care, participating in quality improvement, and upholding Wellstar’s practice standards and patient safety goals while supporting diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Georgia RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; licensure must be active.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document findings to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes.
• Uphold Wellstar safety standards, patient-centered care, and professional practice guidelines.
