Qualifications

• Nursing school graduate.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting under supervision.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans based on patient needs and responses.
• Advocates for patients and their families.
• Provides age-appropriate care per unit standards.
• Documents patient care meeting required regulatory standards with accuracy.
