• Ensure continuity of patient care by communicating across staff.
• Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluation of nurses and providers.
• Counsel employees on performance issues and administer initial corrective actions.
• Alert Nurse Manager to significant clinical or performance issues.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting staff.
• Monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics.
