Job summary

Recover-Care Healthcare in Olathe, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise resident care and oversee staff assignments in accordance with facility policies. This role supports the DON to ensure high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Leadership ability to supervise professional and non-professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents; assist with transportation arrangements.
• Supervise care to ensure the highest quality resident care across shifts.
• Maintain proper documentation and resident charts.
