Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Beverly Hospital Maternal Newborn Service seeks a Registered Nurse to join the inpatient team. The RN will provide perinatal care across prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role supports Mother/Baby patients on L&D and MB units, with a night shift and 36 hours per week, requiring a BSN preferred, MA RN license, BLS and NRP, and OB experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for the RN role.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts is required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby units preferred.
• OB experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and care for mother and newborn.
• Administer medications and monitor progress per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and update care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families from admission to discharge.
