Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• BSN degree preferred for this per diem inpatient role.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete assessments and essential care for mother and newborn.
• Administer medications and treatments per standards and care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with the care team.
