Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Birthplace/OB unit in Plymouth, MA. This 24-hour per week night shift role involves care across labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn areas on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Required are MA RN licensure, Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby experience, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS; NRP is also required by hire.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Labor and Delivery experience is required.
• Mother/Baby experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn patients.
• Demonstrate competency in fetal monitoring and neonatal care.
• Assist with breastfeeding education and postnatal care.
