Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license without stipulations.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of RN experience; charge nurse or preceptor experience preferred.
• May consider 1+ year RN experience if currently in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and create/adjust care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and document learning needs.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to support informed healthcare decisions.
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans.
