• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adjust care plans.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning.
• Support peers’ development and community service commitment.
