Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, using the BSWH nursing practice model. The RN conducts assessments, develops and implements care plans, and delegates interventions in accordance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act.

This role supports 24x7 operations with 3-12 hour shifts (18:45–06:45) across GI Lab, Pain Management, Dialysis, Infusion and IV Services, offering relocation assistance for

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN License no stipulations.
• 2 years of RN experience; 1+ years acceptable if hospital-based.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate clinical assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Prioritize patient needs and coordinate care with the health team.
• Delegate appropriate interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
